Reagan has some new toys! We went to Wal Mart tonight, and in the checkout line (or, as I like to call it, the Impulse Buy section) I saw the PERFECT toy for Reagan for less than $3. Her very own baby cell phone. FINALLY! A way to keep her away from ours. As you can see, she finds it every bit as enthralling as ours.


The high school's library was having a book sale and I got some books for Reagan. Two board books, a Mother Goose book, and an elephant book about finding (and liking) your own voice. I was thinking back to this and seeing her with books now seems like night and day. She definitely loves them, and loves to look at them...but only by herself. The second Jim or I starts reading to her she takes off and becomes disinterested. All in good time.



On a side note, a friend left a comment about the struggle of keeping a clean house with a crawling child. If you look closely, you can see our solution: a good thorough carpet cleaning and an area rug. :)



I almost forgot...Reagan has her first ear infection. No fun, no fun at all. But she got bubble gum flavored medicine which she absolutely loves (not joking, she cries when we put it away, although I'm not sure that's saying anything because she also loves to do this: ), and she seems to be well on her way to recovery. Jim is better, but now I have the stomach yucks. Someday, we'll all be well again.

She turned 10 months old yesterday!
